For some reason she couldn’t peel her eyes away from his, couldn’t detach the blazing clarity of violet from ancient silver. It was far stronger then her, the magnetic force that by default drew their gazes closer, to meet and silently connect. They spoke more than words could with a voice that couldn’t be heard to the letter but rather felt. So she watched him, the restless strands that never seemed to bother him that much, gently falling over his face and few attempting to trouble his vision. It was always interesting how certain motions, gestures were born.. as the drawing power of their eyes, the nag she had about adjusting the drifting locks from his sight, the comforting embrace and kiss… It all became so accustomed and ordinary, something that was part of routine to the point it was hardly even noticed. The voice was tender, speaking truthfully what was in her heart.
Indeed, she could never imagine anyone here, with her aside him. No one could take his place. For a second that though led to Merrik and his attempt to achieve contact, to be close and perhaps enter a relationship with her. There was one thing he couldn’t understand when she tried so desperately to explane she was not free to do so. The brief peck that completely surprised her, catching her of guard … Instantly while pulling away she didn’t see him, she saw Strike. He was in her every though then, and every thought now. Oriana was sincere. If death finally came to take the Kragarien away from her, to cease him the last time.. She would be crushed. There could be no one other than him, the immortal that managed to wake something she didn’t think existed. He stirred emotions, feeling a bred and raised soldier wasn’t supposing to posses. But from the moment he emerged from mist, at the dawning in the slumbering bay it’s something he did.
His hand moved and momentarily subtle tingles of warmth followed it to the new location. Fingers went through the thick ebony waves of her lengthy hair… It seemed he always liked the feeling of its texture, hand sliding there to rest now and then. Oriana could sense a inaudible hum forming in the back of her throat from his gentle touch. Lids dropped only a millimeter or so as sign the change of place was welcomed. This was just a short lasting motion for he soon spoke and came nearer, brushing lips against hers before pulling back. Eyebrow raised at his demanding line, smile widening with amusement. “Are you certain you are capable to keep me here that long… Alpha?” she replied tauntingly and perhaps a little daring with that question, implying he might not be that powerful to assure his demand be fulfilled. Deliberate and teasing, as her eyes shined meeting his steel iris.
