I walked into what seemed a abadon nersery I was wrong seven armed men had shotguns and such I put my hands up. Wow a ninja sweat I told you they were realone child saidso they do still existsaid another.

My hands were still up in the air a little girl walked up to the gunmen gunneys only hurt bad people mr.ninjas a good guy who kills bad guys right? I was awe struck eather she was dumb or she liked me then again she was only around the age of 4 she droped her stuffed bear and it was about to go into the gutter.

No fready! I snached her bear with one hand then slowly walked towards the girl sience the gunmen still had there guns ready when I got to the girl I slowly bent down. "I'm not going to hurt her I'll give her the bear then I'll back away" this ones fine but you hurt any of them and we'll blow your head off clear?

"Humans!" Canti muttered under her breath as she crept by the old nursery in the city. "Never even bother to keep their pitiful voices down.." The sounds of the events inside lured her closer to the building from her earlier "leisurely" walk through town trying to find a place to hide out before sunrise. She walked around until she reached a dirty window so clogged with filth it would be impossible to see through on either side but it was from the room on the other side the voices came from.

From what Canti could gather a handful of armed men were holding a vampire hostage, she briefly considered the hostage to be a Werewolf but in her experience the type of men inside only spoke so lowly of something if it had a particular taste for the very substance that coursed through their veins.

Taking the sharp end of a dagger she carried in a holster on her outer thigh she carefully placed it against the glass hoping to tap it just light enough to get the hostage's attention but below the conscious hearing level of the humans. If she was correct and it was a vampire in there, she was going to have a feast..

I heard the tapping sound "You guys still don't trust me, hurting you guys is one thing but the code of honor says never to hurt a women or child unless you really have to. But you guys don't countI quickly disarmed one of them and shot him with his own shotgun.

Then I tossed the gun to another man he caught it but by then I had already pulled my crossbow and fired an arrow right through his brain. My speed allowed me to just barely roll out of the way.
therefore two men ended up killing each other the last one was at the mercy of my handgun. "My you burn in hell you what you have done" I fired my handgun blowing his head off. it was kinda funny you see a guy in a ninja suit and think what the hell is he doing with a gun.

I prefered the crossbow it was more honorable but it seems that guns are the way of the future. "Hello Ms." I said as I reloaded my crossbow

She noticed the slight recognition of the now clearly vampire form through the window. She took a moment to pull her nose away from the window. The damn thing smelled like it had been rotting away for years. Sometimes she cursed the ability of an enhanced sense of smell.

It was moment later she heard a few shots go off, all from different weapons. Rather than putting her nose against the accursed smelling glass she quickly found a door on the side of the building and twisted the old knob to open the door. It fell off into her hand, and made a dull thud on the other side of the door from the other knob.

"Surprise surprise." She thought to herself sarcastically as she stepped into the building now. Her sharp radiant blue eyes took in the fallen bodies of the humans, immediately the smell of a wave of delectable blood hit her nostrils causing them to twitch slightly. But she restrained as she was more curious about the slayer of the deceased men.

She raised an eyebrow in wondering, walking across the room from the Vampire. Her careful strides almost giving her the appearance of floating across the floor.

"What brings you to a place such as this? Not exactly a common place for a fight." A twinge of humor lit up her features thinking of the irony of a slaughtering in a nursery.

"In this world what beatuy do we have left? These Children are the only things we can reliy on" "Slavers" I mumbled as I fired another bullet the ended the magizene out of the gun I reloaded it. I'm here to free these kids from the slavers here and if you harm any of them you'll have to fight me! My names Raven you are?

She chuckled lightly at Raven's semi-speech. She thought the idea of the children becoming their future to be hilarious since she would never actually leave this earth. Not of natural causes anyway.

She raised an eyebrow as a loud blast erupted from the gun the Vampire had used. "I'm here to free these kids from the slavers here and if you harm any of them you'll have to fight me!" She laughed at the statement thinking if she wanted to kill the man standing before her, she would have no problem.

"You don't have to worry, I haven't come to harm them today I have already fed enough to keep me from feeding for a while."

I just waned to beat the girl to death I turned to the kids "Run and don't look back" I said. "You'd feed on a child? you are just sick" The sun was comeing up I growled we'll finish this some other time." I dissappeared into the darkness

Blinking, wondering if Raven had thought a human child's legs could carry it with enough speed to escape her if she had decided to follow it. Regardless she probably would not as she was not terribly hungry that day. She sighed as she could guess by his disappearance that it was going to be day soon. Not to mention after a few hundred years of avoiding sunlight you start to build an internal clock for EXACTLY when the sun was about to rise and burn you to nothing.

So she quickly left the building, traveling to the nearest sun-proofed place she could find, not exactly sure where that was but she would have to find something along the way.

Not only did Raven treasure this place it was one of the greatest places he knew of to get out of the sun. It's possible there were better but Raven waited night fell so he waited then it was around 5:00pm. (that's when it sets right now in my time zone) "If she comes back we fight if not we go our separate ways."
