She had just woken up from a nice night in the store. Kigai hadn’t been there when she awoke but then again she had slept to far past noon. The shifting from the night before had really drained her energy and holding it for as long as she had in the hybrid form probably didn’t help either. She was walking around the base wondering where her mate had gone but instead it had in a way turned into an exploring type of thing. She didn’t really know the mall very well and was in fact getting herself far more lost then she felt comfortable with. But of course the she-wolf still couldn’t bring herself to go and ask someone for help in finding Kigai, she didn’t know them all well enough. If only Krysta was here, that would make it easier, but she hadn’t seen her since that day.
Walking down the long halls she knew she was up on the second floor and her place of living with Kigai was on the first but she didn’t really know how to get back down without jumping over the side, which would look rather odd she thought. With a sigh she finally just collapsed onto a bench and put her elbows on her knees. “Good job Jessi went and got yourself lost in your new home, now that is just pathetic.” She said to herself her voice hostile in her frustration. Looking around she didn’t see any other wolves in this part and she wondered why. With a shrug she pulled her knees up onto the bench and sighed again wrapping her arms around her knees. “Kigai where did you go?” she asked and set her head down on her knees.
She could hear the sounds of the mall bustling around below her on the other floor. The voices of those who had elected to stay with the pack here in the mall instead of going to the outskirts. She didn’t know how this would work out but she was willing to give it a try. Of course, would help more if she was more of a people person. That was when she decided she should go for a run, but of course she didn’t want to leave the base yet, then again finding the doors to go out of the base was another story. She resigned herself to stay on the bench. Maybe someone would find her sitting here and would either take her back to where she and Kigai stayed, take her to the front doors, or just talk with her. Jessi would like any of those at this moment in time.
