I've noticed there are a lot of threads, each of which being dedicated to a single race. I've decided to make things a bit easier to navigate that it will all just go under one thread. Each posts represents a single race. Also, you must read this to be able to get into the Characters board. =) Angels have their own thread. In this thread is also the Character Form Sheet needed to make a character.Vampires
1) They are the living dead, their bodies are considered dead but in tact. Sometimes a vampire can make his/her heart pump again incase they need to pass by as a human. This is only temporary however. Also, the dead body prevents them from reproducing.
2) Some vampires are capable of casting reflections, some are not. It’s a variant of the breed.
3) Sunlight has an almost instantaneous effect on destroying a vampire. It begins by disintegrating the first layers of skin. Once those are gone, the organs become inflamed and liquefy inside the body. At the same time, the remainder of the skin burns up.
4) Decapitation (removal of the head) works well on killing a vampire. But there needs to be nothing connecting the neck line. A gun at close range can do this, but it's not as poetic and not as likely to occur. Basically removing the brainstem or spinal cord within the neck.
5) A vampire needs to feed on blood in order to survive. If they do not have enough blood with a well suited time, they will begin to weaken, loose much of their motor ability, and slowly wither away to a dehydrated body with no fat or muscle.
6) Vampires usually feel a lust for blood. But sometimes (rarely) they have a thing called guilt or just feel more sorry, which takes away from the lust. When someone is turned into a Vampire, their personalities change, thus they gain a blood lust.
7) They can usually see in the dark very well, but that is under a night sky. Shadows are seeable, but thick dense ones are more difficult. Vampires also have a long distance eyesight range.
8) Vamps usually have an enhanced sense of smell. Not as good as a Werewolf however. Also enhanced agility and speed are given. This cannot be a constant use.
9) Enough bodily harm will kill a Vampire. But it must be considered hefty damage. However, they are capable of rapid healing, depending on the amount of the wound.
10) Only older advanced vampires hold true powers. They usually consist of mind reading and telepathy. No vampire on this site should have this unless told so otherwise by Staff.
11) To change a human into another vampire, they must drink the humans blood first then share their own with the human.

Blood Bond Ability
1.) A blood bond is where a VAMPIRE gives their blood to a HUMAN via the mouth or an open wound on the human.
2.) In order for a blood bond to be maintained, a vampire needs to give the human their blood at least once a week.
3.) Humans in a blood bond are connected to the vampire in the sense the vampire can tell where the human is and has influence over the human vocally. Key wording, influence.
4.) The human will have complete free will, but will feel a pull to be with the vampire they are bonded with (so long as the vampire blood is consistently maintained). The human will also feel the need to have that vampire’s blood on the regular basis.
5.) The longer the bond exists, the more the human feels needy and attached (almost lovingly) to the vampire. Like a minion.
6.) If the vampire dies, the bond is closed. The lasting effects on the human can be anything.
RP Rules
1.) The humans player MUST consent of the blood bond before it is to me administered. Once in a blood bond, the players agree to upkeep it. IF the human player chooses not to participate anymore, they can seek the help of other players to ‘hold back’ their character from receiving the feedings any longer. Or anything else that may prevent the bond from continuing.
2.) We need as many humans as we can get in the RP. So if a human player wants this, it would be appreciated if it were a ‘forced’ thing in the RP.
3.) Players must receive permission from an Admin before creating the blood bond. Otherwise, too many people will try for it and again, we need as many of each side as we can get.
4.) The human does not receive ANY extra abilities from the bond.
These rules are subject to be changed at ANY time. Messages will be sent when there is a change.
